How to Book Hotels

Hotel reservation with Us is quick and easy. Our reservation system R24, is one of the most used and most reliable hotel booking systems in Thailand. The hotel rates here are significantly lower than if you book directly at the hotel. Please note that it is recommended to make your reservation early, as many hotels can be full, especially at high and peak seasons.

After receiving your booking enquiry, you will get an email with all details about availability, total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period. Most hotels require a deposit, usually 10-30%, to guarantee your reservation. You can make as many booking requests as you want, you are not committed to any costs until you wish to confirm a reservation.

Secure Online Payments

After receiving your booking request, we will check the availability for the room(s) and send you an email with details about total costs and the cancellation policies for the requested period within 30 minute to 2 hours. To confirm your reservation you might be asked to make a deposit within 2 days.

This deposit is usually between 10-30%, with the balance to be paid either upon check-in at the hotel or 2 weeks before arrival. This depends on seasonal policies by the hotels and you will be informed of all these details in our email response. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.

We accept Master Card, VISA and American Express. For any deposit, you will receive an electronic payment receipt. In case a balance payment is requested 2 weeks before arrival, you will also receive an exchange voucher to be shown when check-in.

For secure online payments, we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) 128-bit encryption technology authenticated by Thawte. No storage or manual handling of credit card details and at no time are your credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the Internet.

Important: Never send credit card details by email or from unsecured websites! Either use our secure online payment page or send credit card details by Fax.

Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to the seasonal policies of the hotels and you will be informed of these details in our email response after we have received your booking enquiry. If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax. Deposits are usually non-refundable unless other notice.
