Reservation and Payment
To secure reservations on a trip departing within 30 days, a full payment is required by credit card at the time of booking. Credit card number, expiry date, and your name as appeared on the card is required. To secure your credit card, please it via fax to our office. Final payment for all tours/accommodations must be received in full by R&G Travel at least 30 days prior to departure Reservation will be cancelled if final payment is not received by the due date and cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellations and Refunds
If you must cancel your trip, you must do in writing. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.

There is a non-refundable fee of USD 10 per person for each program you cancel. This low fee reflects only our costs of administering a reservation, and is not intended to punitive in any way. We realize the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity.

29 - 8 days: 20 USD
7 days - days of departure: 100% of selling price
